When my youngest was 9 I discovered I had diastasis recti. Yes you read that right, 9 years and I had NO IDEA! I assumed my core was weak, that's why I had doming whenever I did sit ups or planks. I thought I needed to do MORE sit ups and MORE planks. Little did I know, that was actually making things worse.

After tons of research and collaborating with a physical therapist, I was able to strengthen my pelvic floor, create a functional core, and then I developed workouts to take it to the next level and get some definition!

What skill level is this program for?

All levels! That's the beauty of this program- you will be challenged at whatever level you are at. If you just had a baby, or have DR, start with the diastasis recti course. Otherwise the bodyweight and weighted exercises will take your core to the next level.

How long do I have access to the program & when does it start?

What equipment do I need?

Mini-bands and light to medium weights are needed for some of the glute exercises at the beginning of the program. (Larger bands can work too!)

When you get to the 'Inferno' workouts you will need ankle weights and some light to medium dumbbells.
